Accepting Help might seem a little counter-intuitive for leaders, and Kind Leaders know there is value in letting your people support you.

It can be so simple to Decline Help, because you shouldn't need it. But that's just a bit of ego for you to let go of.

When all the signs are there that you can, and should accept help - ask for it even - when you can.
