For any  leader, being Authentic might seem to be the obvious way to lead their people, yet so many fail to be so.

Whether it's about the hierarchy or not wanting to look foolish, who knows, but Kind Leaders do their best to be human; have failings and show up for their people as REAL.

Falseness show up easily, and undermines all the values a leader has, by not being honest. It is easily found out.
