The Kind Leader wants to enjoy work, lead a successful team and deliver results, with, where possible, minimal stress. That's why they embrace and anticipate Change as the new normal.
By being pro-active with Change they avoid Stagnation and energise their people to new opportunities and much less stress, because they see difficulties early.
This leads to innovation, control and collaboration, all a benefit to everyone involved. Kind Leaders want this for their people, so they do all they can to be engaging and assuming that change is valuable.
