Giving is a wonderful way for a Kind Leader to show they care and demonstrate their commitment to all of their people.

In true servant leader style, Kind Leaders appreciate that when they devote themselves to the others in their care, they will add value to the relationship

They will create greater commitment, morale and the engagement of those they support.

Note: - There are some benefits to Taking, especially to show an individual how you value their contribution, and it's the giving that helps leaders the most.
