Wide or Narrow
Going wide as you seek ideas, solutions or any other sort of collaboration, is more likely to ensure you get the best results. It is much kinder to be inclusive and create a better feeling of being valued by those in your team.
When you stay Narrow, you run the risk of leaving ideas on the table and sticking with what's known already. Minimising the possibilities. Alienating the very people you need to contribute.
