For Kind Leaders it's important to Say No to work you don't need to do. It's important to create the boundaries so that you have time to do your own work. There's another Leadership Wisdom here all about Saying No. Yet if you are selective, there are occasions when it is valuable to Say Yes as well.

Selective is the key word. When you accept offers to you from your people, it is valuable to you - and to them too, so don't let your ego get in the way of someone offering support, help and ideas.

Say Yes in the right places, and it will be of benefit all round.
